Usage by users

While using our service on NijaFriends, users agree not to;

5] upload photo, post or send comments/messages that are abusive, inflammatory, harassing, vulgar, obscene, fraudulent, invasive of privacy or ethnically negative.

6] collect or harvest users details fron NijaFriends to send unsolicited mails.

Content on NijaFriends

Materials including messages and comments posted on our site will be stored. By posting these content on NijaFriends, users have given us permission to do so. We will from time to time, although not oblige, review, filter and remove inappropraite materials from our site. Users may be expose to such content which may be inappropriate, in which case users use the service at their own risk. Content posted on NijaFriends is the authors sole responsibilities and any thereafter consequences.

Members posting or leaving their email address and phone numbers and members using those information do so at their own risk. NijaFriends strongly advise members not to use these information. Any damages or loss suffered as a result of using those information is the affected members sole responsibities and not of NijaFriends.

NijaFriends practise zero tolerance toward spamming. Any member found to be spamming will have their account disable immediately.

NijaFriends may contain third party content from time to time. We cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of those content. We would also advise you check the privacy policy on those third party site.

Termination

NijaFriends can at its sole discretion terminate user's account with or without notice for any reasons if a user does not comply with our polices, a user is under 18 or users that infringe or violates others intellectual property.
